All personal and KYC-related documents are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage until the user chooses to delete their profile.

Your information remains stored for as long as your TestPay account is active. When you delete your profile, all personal data and uploaded documents are permanently removed from our system. Certain transaction records may continue to be stored if required by law or for compliance purposes.
