Acceptance of Terms

By using TestPay, you agree to follow all terms mentioned on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TestPay, including text, graphics, design, logos, quizzes and platform features, is owned by TestPay or its licensors. You may use the platform for personal purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute or reuse any material without written permission.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately at care@testpay.in

KYC Verification and Wallet Use

TestPay may require identity verification for wallet usage, withdrawals or other activities. You agree to provide accurate details including Aadhaar, PAN and bank information when required.

Wallet balance can be used on the platform as per the rules shown in your account. Misuse of wallet or false KYC information may lead to account suspension.

Payments and Withdrawals

You agree that quiz participation fees, wallet top-ups and withdrawals will follow the rules set by TestPay. TestPay is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI services or payment gateways.

Withdrawal processing times and applicable charges will be displayed within the wallet section.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any regulations, rules, laws, or these terms
• To interfere with or disrupt the service
• To use automated systems to access the platform

Quiz Participation Rules

All quiz participants must:

• Answer questions honestly without external help
• Complete quizzes within the allotted time
• Accept results as final
• Report any technical issues immediately so we can review them

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are provided only as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Quiz fees are generally non-refundable once a quiz is accessed. Wallet refunds to bank accounts are not provided except in special situations such as technical errors or duplicate payments.

Limitation of Liability

TestPay is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including loss of data, earnings or access issues caused by technical problems, downtime or third-party services.

Your use of the platform is at your own responsibility, and we aim to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it at all times.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, violation of rules or false KYC submissions.

Termination may also occur if required for legal or security reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions when necessary. If major changes are made, we will try to inform users in advance.

Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
