Once a registration window closes or the quiz period begins, the participation fee is considered fully utilized and locked into the event's pool. No refunds or slot modifications will be provided for non-attendance or missed quizzes.
However, we may consider refunds (strictly as platform wallet credits) in exceptional technical circumstances such as:
